Refund and Returns Policy

At Cieux Clothing Brand, we aim to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied, we’re here to help with our straightforward refund and returns process.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns:

  • Items must be returned within 10 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags and packaging intact.
  • Sale items, gift cards, and personalized/customized products are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact our customer support team at suport@cieux-brand.com with your order details.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions for sending the item(s) back.
  3. Ship the item(s) to the return address provided.

Return Shipping Costs:

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

2. Refunds

Processing Refunds:

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 days back to your original method of payment.

Partial Refunds:
We may issue partial refunds for:

  • Items not in original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Returns initiated beyond the allowed timeframe.

3. Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or the wrong product was sent. To request an exchange, please contact us at suport@cieux-brand.com.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging, and we will arrange for a replacement or full refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Gift cards
  • Sale/clearance items
  • Customized or personalized products

6. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund within the stated processing time:
